A deposit is required at the time of booking:

• Services under $400: $50 deposit
• Services $400 and above: $100 deposit

A valid credit card must be kept on file.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

If canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show:

• Services under $400: 50% of the service price will be charged (deposit applied)

• Services $400 and above: a total cancellation fee of $300 will be charged (including the deposit already paid)
