Cancellation Policy

At the time of making an appointment, a deposit is required – without exception

• $100 deposit for cosmetic appointments with a provider (Dr’s/PA’s/NP’s)   Botox, Filler, Laser treatments, Microneedling, TruSculpt, etc
• $50 deposit for MedSpa appointments with an aesthetician

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours (cosmetic appointments) and 48 hours (MedSpa appointments) before a scheduled appointment forfeits the deposit.

All deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than the 24- or 48-hour windows.

A credit card is required to be kept on file.

Any MedSpa same day cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged half the price of the service that was originally booked. There are no exceptions.
